..another goli from RT..now the new hr manager Ms. monica arranged a interview for us @ NSN & tht 2 @ jaipur..tht ws bit surprise for us..v me & mht board a train & tht 2 general..i ws almost dead in the train as the train was fully packed..dere i tuk an another oath tht from now i vil not travel in general dibba..

chalo jaise taise v reached d destination..tuk nap @ hotel & thn ready for anoder interview..i ws tooking it 2 casually but it wsnt tht simple..only i ws d 1 who ws called for interview 2wice..i ws thinking tht i made it..mreovr ma manager is also saying d same..
btw no iam bac 2 deli..thoda shor sharaba ws regular @ RT okhla office..dre v came 2 kno tht our batchmate joined ericsson thru some consultancy..v thought it ws 2 simple 2 get outsourced..toh ghumte ghamte v reached tht consultancy TICS..itz in DLF phase III..jhn badi 2 official buildings hai..lolzzz..
dre dey simply asked our reference & v said v came our own..on-d-way hum gaye ZTE office..dere mohits bro is manager..humnain apni gatha unhe sunai toh unhone 2 min main phne ghumaya jaipur & newz mili ki hum dono ka ho jayega NSN main selection as d JACK ws big enuf..v were damn happy..but fir se khushi k peche gum aa raha tha rengta hua..
official result wasnt out yet..

..ma first site was @ gandar..we did utility from gutkar.
..raat main akele ghuma chakki (punjab & hp border) main jhn sirf ek km age 1 bulb jal raha tha & behind ws also same..i even couldnt able 2 c ma foot so i ws using mobile screen light to follow ma sunsaan path..after completing dis 12 hrs journey ven i reached ma hotel near dalhousie i saw tht ma seniors ws njoying & celebrating with mixtures & blenders pride..tht ws shock..mainae unhe apni kahani sunai & in xchnge de reverted tht bhai yehi hai asli telecom engg ki kahani..i feel ki do laga dun but dey were ma seniors..
..stayed @ ownerz house @ chamba as d site ws in pahadi & d pagdandi ws 2 short 2 even walk, but d owner ws 2 good..khana bhi khilaya & rajaiyan bhi de sone k liye.
..chamba site wsnt completed yet toh agla din bhi vahin lag gaya..but ab sharam aa rahi thi owner k ghar rehne main so i forced ma senior 2 start unclimbing from tht pagdandi..hum chane main utarna suru hue thae & abhi pura utre he nhn the ki andhera ho gaya..v ver three in no. & meri literally fat gai thi..girte 2 bhi bacha main..gir jata toh shayad mar jata nhn toh 1 aad haddi toh bilkul tutni thi bcoz i ws still 1 km above d rd on pahadi..on d way mainae kasam khi ki jo bhi ho engg chod dunga lakin hp region main job nhn karunga..tht ws d worst day of ma job life till now..& 2day is 31-01-10..
..bhut kuch hua is tour k dauran..bhut planning hui but mere hath dard ho rahe hai abhi so iam closing shimla tour here..

SHIMLA TOUR (26-10-2009)

..finally i got d OJT & tht 2 of ma preferred location..HIMACHAL PRADESH..Climate, people, houses, khana etc etc. ws awsm dere..dere was no work for 1st week..so v me & PK enjoyed it a lot..v visit mall rd., ridge almost every day..our Guest room ws in khalini..just 2 KM down from mall rd..ghar ka khana was near 2 us..radhe(cook) thali was of just rs 25..the khana was fantabulously fantastic..iam missing that 1 short week (shimla)..people dere were not white dey were pink..rite now me just feeling & loving d atmosphere..shant & sundar..

ERICSSON (Sept 2009)

..now is d time 2 get outsourced to the ericsson..but 1 has 2 clear d interview & guess what i was one in lucky 47 RTians who made it..but d bad news was tumbling behind us..suddenly lucky 47 became wretched 47 as d project for which v got shortlisted were in oder hands..in simple wordz RT ERICSSON OUTSOURCED chapter closed..

BIT SOPHISTICATION (JULY' 09)

..now v have 2 behave like a corporate with little sophistication so v switched 2 charter buses..the crowd ws awsm & v (me & mht) fixed our timings, as v board the same bus..not 2 mention but fare ws 25 Rs (1 side)..lolzz

V boarded our last charter bus 2 okhla as v r on d verge of completion of CRT & Practical trng..now v have 2 wait for OJT 2 come..RT employs promised us 2 deliver us OJT in time but as u awl kno promises r meant 2 b broken..rest u cn understand..

LOCAL TRAIN 2 OKHLA (JUNE' 09)

..first time ever in history of ma whole life i used local train..d ride ws comfortable bt the crowd ws yuk..i couldn't bare dis in daily routine..moreover i didnt have knowledge of train compartment means which color is for ladies & which is for gents..1nce v sat in ladies compartment & all the ladies where staring at us :o..so i politely asked is dis a ladies comp & 1 aunty said "aur ne toh kya"..blah blah blah happened dere so v quietly changed our compartment..many of things occur in train journey like running bfr d train with 1 hand up (as in DDLJ)..crossing the tracks abruptly..breaching below d wagons +++..overawl dis few dayz journey ws remarkable..& believe it or not d fare ws just Rs 4..lolzz...

TRAINING @ RTO (15-06-2009)

..from 15th june v started our first official training @ RT office..it was split-ed into 3 parts..CRT..PRACTICAL..OJT..in tht CRT room our trainers started mesmrised us..from a fresher v dreamed of being PM..but awl in vain..bt the +ve point was tht v r in much reputed company & d company was diversified in 8 sectors..

LETTER OF INTENT (27-04-2009)

..i got ma first ever letter of intent..ma frndz started demanding parties..wht d "F"? ws tht now..uptill now i hvnt thrown a single party but i promised 2 some of ma frndz tht whenever i got selected in MNC like NSN or ERICSSON i vil definitely throw a big party in 5 star..

THE CAMPUS RECRUITMENT (18-03-2009)

..dis was d day when an unknown company visited our campus & d shocking news was tht many of the students got shortlisted for dis company. many of the shitty guyz started making fun of d company bcoz of mass recruitment but d reality was history. they didnt knew tht it id d topmost NSN vendor company "THE RT OUTSOURCING".
I wsnst sad as the perks where low; i ws happy as ma bestest frnd was joining dis company. the reason for being more happier is tht at d time of global recession i wsn't sitting ideal. d bad blood ws tht they ver demanding some training fees but ki fark painda hai..at least ma little future is secured ..as i got placed in 7th sem itself.
